The Attorney General comes forth

Yesterday, 8/12/2010, i came home to find a seriously huge packet from the North Dakota Attorney General stuffed inside my dinky mailbox. This packet, without going into a lot of detail, was to inform myself and the others involved (everybody got one) with this whole Blue Spark fiasco, that the state was serving Blue Spark IT, Advantage Inc, David Stavig, both as an individual and a rep. for Blue Spark, and Brian Beckers, both as an individual and a rep. of Blue Spark, and that they were waiving the Corporate Vail. For those that don’t know what that means: That means that those two jerks are getting what they deserve. The state can now take their personal property in an attempt to make them pay their “employees.”

This is good news, although I will say it again. I really don’t think that myself or anyone else involved will ever see a penny of what we are owed, and I really don’t care. I’ve said from the beginning that my only goal was to stop those two from screwing over anyone else and I still hold true to that. From the beginning I took every possible step I could take in an effort to cut off their cash flow and get their names into public view so that people would know who they were and what they were doing. I hope that my efforts in that played a role in the state moving so quickly to get these guys. While the money would be nice, I’m more concerned with making sure neither one of them will ever be able to work anywhere but a McDonalds for the rest of their pathetic lives; that is more then they deserve.

So, here is to you, State of Bismarck, for rapidly going after these guys and helping me and the others involved get some piece of mind. HIGH FIVE!
