Yesterday, 8/12/2010, i came home to find a seriously huge packet from the North Dakota Attorney General stuffed inside my dinky mailbox. This packet, without going into a lot of detail, was to inform myself and the others involved (everybody got one) with this whole Blue Spark fiasco, that the state was serving Blue Spark IT, Advantage Inc, David Stavig, both as an individual and a rep. for Blue Spark, and Brian Beckers, both as an individual and a rep. of Blue Spark, and that they were waiving the Corporate Vail. For those that don’t know what that means: That means that those two jerks are getting what they deserve. The state can now take their personal property in an attempt to make them pay their “employees.”
This is good news, although I will say it again. I really don’t think that myself or anyone else involved will ever see a penny of what we are owed, and I really don’t care. I’ve said from the beginning that my only goal was to stop those two from screwing over anyone else and I still hold true to that. From the beginning I took every possible step I could take in an effort to cut off their cash flow and get their names into public view so that people would know who they were and what they were doing. I hope that my efforts in that played a role in the state moving so quickly to get these guys. While the money would be nice, I’m more concerned with making sure neither one of them will ever be able to work anywhere but a McDonalds for the rest of their pathetic lives; that is more then they deserve.
So, here is to you, State of Bismarck, for rapidly going after these guys and helping me and the others involved get some piece of mind. HIGH FIVE!

According to several of the complaint logging websites that this story has been tossed around on, Blue Spark has closed its doors. Although their facebook page seems to be gone, their website (at the time of posting this) is still operational.
This comes after a judgment by the North Dakota Department of Labor that sided with myself, and the other employees. On April, 8 2010 I received a letter stating that they were unable to collect on the amount owed and would be sending the claim to the State Attorney General’s office for further proceedings. On June 7, 2010 we, the plaintiffs, received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General stating that a letter was sent to Blue Spark IT Advantage requesting that they pay us (it had the amounts we filed for listed) the amounts we were owed. It stated (to the effect of) that if no action was taken to resolved the issue within 10 days of the letter then “litigation is likely the next step.”
This is the only new updates in this. I will keep whomever may be following or interested posted as to what happens next.
You can read the statements made by Blue Spark IT Advantage at the respected sites.

The a-holes at Blue Spark wanted their key back. I forgot I even had the thing. I wanted legitimate proof I gave it back and not just their work against mine. I told them they could sign this and get their key or send the cops after it and I would give it to them (again so I would have proof I gave it back). Please read… because Brian didn’t and now they are pissed… It doesn’t say anything I haven’t already said, but now i have their signature admitting it. So, the first image is what I typed up, and the second is what Brian Beckers typed up. We both signed each others papers and the key was returned. I promptly gave this admission of guilt to the Labor Department as well.
